Cancellation Policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item. For digital content, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniela Magdalena Sorger, Erlaaer Straße 53 Stiege 2 Tür 6, 1230 Vienna, Austria, office@discoverants.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature; for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content which is not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun to perform the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we begin fulfilling the contract. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
