Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

We deliver to all countries within the EU and to Switzerland.

The prices listed on the product pages do not include VAT, as the business falls under the small business regulation.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 8 per order within Austria, € 18 to EU countries, and € 24 to Switzerland. Shipping costs are clearly communicated again in the shopping cart system and on the checkout page.

The flat-rate shipping fee does not include VAT, as the business is exempt from VAT under the small business regulation.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and can be found on the respective product page. For backordered items, delivery may take several weeks.
